2006 VW Jetta 1.9TDI BRM bolt on turbocharger upgrade

This is the ultimate bolt on turbo upgrade for 2006 1.9TDI BRM Jetta.
It is based on standard BRM turbo that has been fully rebuilt, machined and fitted with larger 51mm CNC cut performance billet compressor wheel. That means the turbo can now safely run 1.5-1.6bar of boost and does work with the factory pipework and emissions without the need of any other modifications in order to fit. Expected max power output with stock injectors and tune is 160-170bhp (vs 105bhp stock)

Proper tune and 3-4bar MAP sensor are highly recommended!
